Eligibility for Returns

- Not be damaged, altered, or worn
- Include all original packaging and accessories

Refunds
Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility conditions. If approved, a refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Please note that refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If you paid using Shopify Payments, please allow additional time for the bank to process the refund.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund after the specified timeframe, please check your bank account or contact your credit card company to ensure the refund hasn't been processed. If you still haven't received your refund, please contact us at support@duskaya.shop and we will investigate the matter further.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact our support team via email and we will provide instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.
Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. For orders over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item is delivered safely. Please keep a record of your tracking number, as we cannot be responsible for lost or undelivered items.
