Order Processing
We strive to process all orders within 1-2 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking email with details on how to track your package. Please note that our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Domestic Shipping — United States
The following shipping options are available for domestic orders within the United States:

International Shipping

Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us at support@duskaya.shop within 10 days of the expected delivery date. Please include your order number and photos of the damaged item(s) in your email. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
